2nd Annual Camino Real Trunk Show

Mariza & Company is joining Tierra Adentro Charter School to create a one-of-a-kind trunk show that will feature art from both local artists and master artisans from Mexico.

The event will be one night only at Las Puertas, a beautifully remodeled warehouse in downtown Albuquerque located on 1st St. (1512 1st St.) near Mountain St.

We'll also have art from the students of Tierra Adentro Charter School which will be available to view and purchase. All proceeds will go directly to the students and school. 

A portion of the proceeds from the Mariza & Co. sales will go to the Tierra Adentro Art Department. All the proceeds from the Tierra Adentro Student sales will go directly to the students.

In October 2009, Mariza & Company joined forces with Desmond Design to create Encuentros:Findings for You and Your Home, a trunk show that displayed the works of numerous artisans from around Mexico. After much success, Mariza & Company has decided to continue working with artisans by creating a virtual store that allows the artisans to continue reaching new markets and ensure equitable trade.
